🌿 How to Use

To heat: Place in the microwave for 1–2 minutes (depending on your microwave wattage) with 1/2 cup of water in a microwavable cup. Always test the temperature before use.
To cool: Seal in a ziplock bag and place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
